I then copied cline.dat (a much bigger file) without problem. The request could not be performed because of an I/O device error. I then tried to copy cname.dat to the sd card but I got an error message reading: Cannot copy cname. I opened the cabinet file and extracted the files cline.dat and cname.dat to the desktop.
